How To Order

Open a new message and address to orders@beautyofthebeasts.com. Please provide the following information:

Your name
Mailing address
Phone number (so that we have a backup way of contacting you regarding your order if our email to you doesn't go through)
Item name, style, size, first and second color choice (and quantity of each item you would like to order)
Method of payment--check or money order in US funds; MasterCard or VISA through PayPal
Billing address, if different from mailing address
Upon receiving your order, we will check inventory, and email you back with your total plus shipping, as well as to let you know if any of the items you ordered are out of stock. Once we've given you your total, you can either mail us your payment, or proceed to PayPal to pay by credit card.
Note: we use PayPal's secure server to clear all credit card transactions. If paying by credit card, please do not email your card info to Beauty of the Beasts--once we let you know your total with shipping, you can proceed to PayPal's secure server through the banner link on our site to enter your card info.

SHIPPING INFO (U.S.)
In-stock items usually ship within a week of your payment--we will email you if an item is temporarily out of stock and give you the choice of either backordering or cancelling your request.
Clothing--shipping starts at $3.50 for a t-shirt, $4 for a sweatshirt.
Jewelry--shipping is $3 for most jewelry orders, plus insurance (about $1 per item in most cases).

SALES TAX
Pennsylvania residents must include applicable state sales tax on all non-clothing items.

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES--ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
You can pay us by credit card through PayPal, by check, or by international money order. Please let us know which payment method you prefer and we will email you payment details and amount due in your currency, if applicable.
Shipping charges vary widely depending on destination; once you've told us the city and country we'll be shipping to and the items you are ordering, we'll let you know what the various shipping options and prices are. Keep in mind that your country's customs office may impose additional taxes, duties and/or brokerage fees on your purchase for which you are also responsible.

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
We guarantee your satisfaction. You may return any item for exchange or refund (less shipping) within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please email us for return details.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Colors in addition to those listed are sometimes available in small quantities--feel free to email us to find out which colors we have on hand in a particular design/size.
Depending on our schedule, we may also be able to include a special order from you on our next printing run if you want a shirt color that we don't carry--feel free to ask!

PRODUCT DETAILS
The design on all of our t-shirts is large and centered on the front with the exception of the Grade A Agility Nut shirt, which has a large version of the design centered on the back, and a small version on the left chest, and the Jumping Agility Dog logo, which has a large image centered on the front of the shirt and a small version of the image on the left sleeve.
Beauty of the Beasts t-shirts are high-quality, heavyweight 100% cotton--we only use premium brands such as Hanes Beefy-T, Gildan, and Anvil.
Our tiedyes are printed on Gildan and Anvil shirts. Due to the shrinkage that occurs during the tiedyeing process, please order one size up from your usual size. If you are ordering a tiedye, we'll be sure to remind you of this while processing your order.

Wholesale inquiries are welcome from vendors, stores, clubs, and training schools. Please contact us at dawn@beautyofthebeasts.com if you are interested in more information.
Beauty of the Beasts' unique woodcut shirts can be customized for your obedience, agility or breed club or event at wholesale prices with a minimum run of 32 shirts! One possibility would be to place the large woodcut graphic on the back of the shirt, and your organization's name in matching woodcut lettering on the left chest. Please contact us for further details if interested.
